“I ordered replacement door knobs for all of our internal doors which arrived quickly and well packaged. One of the door knobs had deep indentations and scratches caused by how the screws had been placed inside the individual packaging by the factory/manufacturer. I emailed Handles4Homes who responded quickly and courteously even though they were clearly not to blame. A replacement door knob was dispatched immediately and arrived within 2 days. Flawless customer service even if something does go wrong so I'll definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.”

“Carlisle Brass SP4M Replacement Door Handle Spring. I was delighted to find these springs to replace several that had snapped after approaching thirty years in service since the house was built. The handles themselves are fine; having these springs means they don't need replacing. I already had circlip pliers without which fitting them would be nigh on impossible. They arrived quickly, no issues, very please”

“poor quality control by both the manufacturer and handles 4homes five faulty pairs of handles out of nine pairs is very poor and should never been allowed to happen I decided that because I had no confidence in the company to ask for a refund.”

hi Matthew, Thank you for your review, for the record, 5 of the sets of handles you received had screw on roses which you had trouble unscrewing - we did offer you advice to get them undone, and finally to replace these sets free of charge, but you decided to cancel and return them. We sell 1000's of handles and unfortunately we have to rely on the manufacturers quality control to a certain degree as we (or any other supplier) would not be in a position to unpack and check every single handle they send out on every order. “It was only a small order for a flush grip but the price was very reasonable for a one off and it looks really good now it's been fitted. The delivery period suited me but perhaps not quick enough if needed urgently.”
