“Perfect service from beginning to end , love the handle I was sent , fantastic price and a good postal price too because some places were charging £6.99 to send just one cabinet knob ! I would def use this company again and recommend to family/friends too.”

“Ordering easy, delivery in timescale. Major complaint is poor packaging. Wrapping in envelopes then into a rather flimsy box is not very professional.”

Hi John, Thank you for your review, the poor packaging that you refer to is brown recycled paper which Carlisle Brass handles are now wrapped in, rather than plastic bags. This is now the goal of manufacturers to reduce plastic waste on product packaging. The handles are then within their usual brown cardboard box. Sorry that you feel the packaging was flimsy, we have never had any other complaints on this, the packaging is more than suitable for the value of the handles. Thank you Handles 4 Homes

“Arrived on time unfortunately a door latch I ordered was not in the box door handles and hinges where there when I contacted was told it was in box under handles I looked but it wasn't there, I sent another email but didn't get any response Was pleased with the handles they feel good quality but not so impressed with the customer service ok the catch was only a couple of pounds but that's not the point. Would I order again perhaps not.”

“Great products and service. We are very pleased with the products we ordered. There were a couple of items missing from our order so I contacted customer services. They arranged for the missing parts to be sent out and we received them promptly. Reasonably priced as well. Overall good experience and I would definitely use the company again and recommend to others.”

“We bought these handles 7 years ago for our kitchen cupboards. Having just done some work upstairs we wanted the same handles for the cupboards up there and were very pleased to find they still had them. They were delivered reasonably quickly.”
