“Ordered jl144 95mm mortice nickle as displayed on website. Just noticed brass not nickle had been sent through to late to exchange as only given 3 DAYS”

“Some initial concerns about product spec bt this was sorted out by telephone. Thereafter everything ran smoothly and good were received as promised. Confusion might have been avoided by clearer specs which may have prevented the tel calls. As stated however, the product seems to be quality and reflects the price. Good value for money in my view. Would buy again from this seller.”

“After much research on various sites for specific door latches and hinges to replace existing in residential property found your site, navigated it easily, found what I was looking for, ordered easily on line and took delivery when you said it would arrive. All first class. Latches and hinges exactly what I was looking for so now counting up how many I need and will place larger order.”
