“I ordered some Gainsborough white door knobs & privacy kits which were delivered when expected. However, there was a missing part in one of the privacy kits so I emailed them to advise them & request the missing part. This was sorted out & I am very happy with the product & service provided.”

“It may be that the overall rating is unfair, but I had expected to receive my small purchase by now: it was ordered on 17th August. I have emailed you but, as yet, have received no reply: it is, however, the Bank Holiday Weekend. I'm only waiting for a Kirkpatrick Bell Push. Perhaps, like the ubiquitous cheque, it is in the post!
