“Carlisle Brass door handles - Not as good quality as the Carlisle Brass door handles they replaced to be perfectly honest, they feel thinner but still well made. My old one's were brass in colour, these are chrome. I just hope they are genuine! Happy with the service I received when ordering and handles were well packaged.”

Hi Lee, thanks for the review, i have checked your order and you purchased the contract scroll Carlisle Brass handles on this occasion, which do have a slightly lighter feel than the Carlisle Brass Deluxe scroll handles range, which are the more expensive option. “Product offered several options wrt to colour. On delivery, the colour was wrong. The company explained that they don't have the options, despite offering them . Not sarisfactory.”

Hi Aisling, as already discussed in our emails, the product option selector was showing as matching black, not matching black nickel - these electrical options are to determine the colour of the plastic parts of light switches and sockets.
