“No complaint with item ordered. However postage charge was too high and out of proportion to cost of item. Clearly handles4hones made a profit on the postage although undoubtedly they would dispute that criticism.”

Hi David, Sorry that you felt the postage charge was too high, however for small orders we offer a cheaper Royal Mail method of delivery which is £3.30. This charge also covers the cost of the jiffy bag, and is a service that many other companies do not offer. We feel that it is good value for money. Thanks Handles 4 Homes

“The handles are fine,just what I wanted,although I would have preferred to be able to order without springs,which were not necessary. The screws provided were too thin and too long,so I had to spend a fiver on short fat brass screws.”

“Nice product, took longer to arrive then I would have hoped and did not include screws. There was nothing to say “screws not included”. So it has been an inconvenience that I’m having to put right myself”

“I would have rated Very Good but one of the handles came in a packet with no screw so I can not use yet. Also the courier tried to deliver my parcel to the wrong place and I ended up having to collect from a dry cleaners 5 miles away bit inconvenient. The products are really very nice though and I hope to get my missing part soon!”

“Ordered on about December 21st, we have received NOTHING, not even an estimated date for delivery . . . how can we review a door handle if we do not have it in our hands ? Your email is notable for having a 'no-reply' non-facility, which is an insult.”

Hi, Our offices were closed across Christmas and New Year as advertised and as stated on your confirmation email. Hence the out of office email also. Our review email was still running so apologies that you received it prior to your delivery in the New Year. Regards Handles 4 Homes
