“The delivery of the handles came very quickly however when I opened the box me not realising I only ordered handles and there was nothing on the order to say did I require accessories example Latches, had this flashed up and gave me the option to order the accessories I would have ordered them at the same time instead of having to make a second order for the accessories. Product supplies is very good”

“Product selection and service excellent. My only grumble is that - like most other similar companies - postage charges for single items are comparatively heavy and seem to almost double the cost.”

“The product was of a good quality and made well. However the faceplate which had 4 drilled holes only arrived with 2 screws. Even though I had to purchase a further 2 bolts for the door handle the bolts supplied were not long enough, the fitted product was fine.”

“Top quality hinges, they look well made and hopefully they will do the job and last. Only time will tell. Delivery time was reasonable. Price was high, but I don't know if that just reflects the good quality.”

“Sent the wrong sized mortice locks , was resolved very quick , the correct sized ones were sent within 24 hours , still not the correct mortice locks as slightly different than the smaller ones they sent me . Ended buying the motice lock locally .”
