“I ordered an art deco antique brass door handle but after waiting for over a week I called only to discover that they weren’t in stock and it seemed nobody was monitoring this. However, customer service sent be a satin brass version which is lovely too. Would have been good to have had a discount applied for the inconvenience.”

“We moved into our property just over a year ago. The handles and fittings were not to our taste - rather old-fashioned wrought iron and brass - so we did a web search and found the excellent Handles4homes website which had everything we needed. The descriptions on the website were more comprehensive than many, and the pricing like-for-like was very competitive. We have used H4H products to replace door furniture throughout with modern brushed stainless steel handles - and it's made a massive difference. On one occasion I forgot to add one handle to an order so I called them up to see if it could be added without incurring a separate delivery charge - and they added the extra item for free! Delivery always prompt and accurate - highly recommended.”
