“We found the choice of door handles amazing, we were replacing older handles and had to make sure that the original screw holes were covered, this was one site where the dimensions were stated with each product, very useful. Very quick delivery too, within 2 days. If these handles ever wear out we will be back for more.”

“I purchased door handles and were a bit sceptical about purchasing without seeing them. They were extremely good quality, I needed to have them within 2 days. “The web site was very clear about products and prices. Placed my order and delivery came on time but with one item omitted. I phoned to advise and a pleasant voice said sorry, the part would be sent first class post - it came the following day. So, all sorted now and I say a good service was provided. I will buy from them again.”

“Found the new layout a bit confusing as asking you what the item was going to be used for, ie. Handles to suite Euro Spec latches which gave me the wrong Handles to what I wanted. So had to return them and select the correct ones. The cost of returning was very expensive, so perhaps you could look at your returns policy, by perhaps your courier collecting from some local shop for a small charge like other suppliers do. Also actually found the Handles I required considerably Cheaper as part of a Lock,Hinge and Handle package from Screwfix and the Handles were made by the same supplier, so suggest perhaps your could do a similar kit price?”

“The door handle was a repeat order which was originally placed by my brother-in-law. However the description of the metal finish was insufficient to get the right finish. A code/metal finish would help to get the order right first time.”

Hi Spencer, Sorry to hear that you have had issues with the stainless steel handle finish, i have checked the product and have improved the descriptions so that there is more clarification between satin and polished finishes. “Our joiner broke one of the pins from the door handle when fitting. Finding a suitable replacement was a nightmare and we couldn't find any hardware store carrying these special anti-tamper pins. Managed to find on Handles4Homes and did just the job. Much better than replacing the whole handle. Website easy, ordering easy and item came promptly and was P&P free as was a small item in the regular post.”
