“Don't know about the quality of the internal sliding door mechanics or the door handle as they are yet to be fitted. However, delivery was as expected. All arrived undamaged and on time. I would use this company again.”

“Lovely product, quick despatch but for a premium escutcheon I would have expected screws of similar quality to be included. They aren't. In fact, no screws at all. Hence four stars not five.”

“The sales team were extremely helpful when I enquired by phone about dimensions of the thumb latch handles I was interested in buying to make sure they would fit the door thickness. The handles are very good quality and very pleased with them. The handles arrived within the delivery time quoted. Very good service.”

“Handles were basically OK BUT, 1 screw was badly made with no slot and all the handles needed lubrication. The spring back was too strong so I removed one spring from each pair and in doing so the circlip of one immediately broke as it was over-tempered and too brittle. Summing -up, overall good handles let down by details requiring work that should not have been necessary.”
