“Have used H4H on 3 or 4 occasions now and have always found it a positive experience. Website was easy to navigate, although lots of it. Importantly when i had queries, which i have had with nearly all orders, i was able to contact somebody very easily which is unusual in this day and age. Staff dealing with queries had excellent product knowledge enabling correct product choice and understanding. They also 'got back' when they said they would! Some elements of orders were'nt immediately available but they told me straight away and kept me well briefed about progress and offered options of part delivery or wait and have the lot all in one go and deliveries were made as stated. Dare i say it 'good, old fashioned, quality customer service' with the ability to talk to somebody in the know. To date i have found products of good quality. I would have no problem recommending H4H to others.”

“I ordered some door handles. There was an issue with 1 of them so I emailed the company. A reply came within minutes asking me to upload a photo which I did. This was reviewed within minutes and the next morning a replacement arrived. The products were very good. The friendly, helpful customer service and quibble free prompt replacement was great.”

“With much searching on the net, i ended up using H4H as my go to for all things handles and knobs. While renovating an old house, they have a great collection to choose from, which is a double-edged sword as myself and the misses have had several "discussions" about which is the best handle to get. I have made several orders with H4H over the last few years, and i have found their customer service to be great, and they are very knowledgeable about their field. Special mention to Adam as he has been great dealing with me when i didnt know what i wanted and finding me the best solution. Will certainly be using them again.”
