hello, sorry to hear that your return cost £13, there are many other more cost effective ways to return an item, rather than using special Royal Mail delivery which can be expensive if you have weighty items. Thanks Handles 4 Homes

“found what I needed - I was looking for handles with long backplate to replace originals which were starting to look very past their best. The ones I ordered (Kensington (Pr7084-PB) now look shiny and brighten up the doors enormously. On the downside the p&p to N Ireland would be expensive for a single item, but for the number I needed was OK.”

“Good selection but diagrams didn’t match up photos. We didn’t have any details of the broken ES latches so this was important. We had 3 attempts but eventually got the correct ones. Unfortunately there were no labels on the packets either. Deliveries were very prompt.Customer services were helpful.”

“Product quality very good however, quality control needs tightening up. Received screws with no thread on them, back plate screws missing and spindles missing. Having contacted Customer Services the issues were resolved easily and quickly.”

“easy to identify and order the item online. Order confirmation was quick, but I would have appreciated a dispatch notification just so I knew it was on its way, as it arrived 5 working (7 calendar) days after order I was starting to wonder where it was.”
