“Have placed and received 2 orders in the last couple of weeks. Both orders went well and delivery was as per T&C's. On second order some items ordered on the website later proved to be out of stock. Received an email apologising and offering a number of solutions. I chose refund and this was made the same afternoon. I was impressed that emails were answered which is so often not the case. Intend to place further orders when items are back in stock.”
