“The website was easy to navigate and once we found what we were looking for, the ordering process was very straight forward. We had confirmation that the order had been received, when it was despatched, the day it would arrive, when it would be delivered to give us the opportunity to give instructions where to leave the parcel if we were not at home and again when it had been delivered. This is the third time we have ordered something from Handles4Homes and would do so again if we needed any more.”

“Ordered two items in the last month. One arrived on expected day - the other one early! The security conversion kit for a Gainsborough porcelain handle was excellent and was fitted easily. The other item ( chrome rose-handle replacements, to match a change of decor) was also very good although the postage seemed a lot for a very lightweight package. Perhaps the postage charged could relate to the size/weight of the item rather than the cost. Otherwise a very satisfactory company to deal with.”

“Striker plate as described and provided the mechanism required by the door I fitted it to. This was easily modified to the correct size . I felt the postage cost was on the highside for such a small item, plus took loner than I expected to arrive”

“Really excellent service, Adam took great care with my initial enquiry and rang back to confirm stock position. My order was delivered on time and the carrier gave me a one hour delivery window and sent e-mail to see if I wanted to change time or date. The goods were extremely well packed, I cannot fault this company...highly recommended and will definitely use them again. John Howard.”
