“I placed an order for some handles and push plates, after discussing delivery options over the phone the expectation was I would receive the items in 2-3 working days. After not hearing from the company within this period I contacted them myself and was told the items are on back order and it would be another 2 weeks before I would receive my order. The payment for the order (£650) was taken as soon as the order was placed, so the company will have had my money for 3 weeks before I receive the goods. On their website the items are still showing as 2-5 days for delivery.”

“After being directed to Handles4Homes when trying to obtain a discontinued bathroom door lock, the service I received was exemplary. A replacement lock was sourced and supplied quickly and without any problem. I will certainty use Handles4Homes again should the need arise.”
