“Totally delighted with Handles4Homes. Excellent website and my purchase was exactly as described. A phone call with a minor query was quickly and comprehensively answered, and I couldn't believe the company was also offering free shipping (even on my small and inexpensive item) in the pre-Christmas period. I've just been back to order a second item and I know exactly where I'll be going to replace all our interior door handles in the near future. Highly recommended.”

“We were very impressed with all aspects of our purchase. The customer advice line was brilliant with further information about the product we purchased, the product arrived well packaged and on time and the product itself was perfect. We would thoroughly recommend Handles4 homes and would use them again. The price was also good and beat all the 'sheds' on quality and price. The porcelain door knob was perfect for our stained glass door and looks wonderful.”

“I ordered with the expectation of dispatching in 2-3 days as that was what the site mentioned. In day 2 I received an email saying that part of my order was out of stock and would arrive 3 weeks later. I chased again today and it seems that it slipped yet another week without confirmation on when I will actually receive my goods. I have been kept informed (thus the normal) but I am very frustrated and I am not sure I would order again from this site.”

Hi Marina, Thank you for your review, we apologise for the delays experienced with the 3no handles which the manufacturer are out of stock of. As a gesture, we offered you a part delivery so that you wouldn't have to wait 3 weeks for the whole order, which you accepted. We also discussed the arrival date at the time of order, which was quoted as the end of November. Until the shipment arrives at the manufacturer we cannot give you an exact day of delivery. The delivery date is still late November as projected , which you agreed with. The actual date of delivery to you will most probably be very early December, as there will be a day or two transfer time from the supplier. As soon as the handles arrive through to us we will ship them overnight carrier to you, Kind Regards Adam Handles 4 Homes Ltd
