“Ordered three sets of glass crystal handles, after unpacking them found one had a chip on the glass.I sent an attached email showing the fault after a few days of no reply i decided to ring them and got an automated message saying something about the staff were working from home.A couple of days later got through to a actual person who apologised for the delay and send they would send a replacement straight away.A new set arrived this morning which were all Good.So can’t fault the final response So have given Five Stars.”
