“The locks worked really well didn’t jam up and not return to the out position when you pulled down on the door handle like the well known brand I bought from screw fix did. Will buy these again”

“I had to return my handle as it didn't fit as I thought they would be a standard fitting for upvc doors regarding the distance between handle/lock and fixings. More detailed measurements would help this to a layman. Saying that it was a great service and communication and the product was really good quality. A bit disappointed I had to pay for return postage but I still give 5 stars.”

“Easy to place order on the website. Not very confident what I was ordering and I missed something off my order. Connor for customer services picked this up and asked if he wanted me to add these products to my order. He was very helpful with this and also in letting me know that there may be a delay in providing one of my products. He sorted this out for me and my goods all arrived 2 days before the estimated delivery time. Very impressed with the customer service I received. Also great range of products at great prices. Would definitely recommend this company.”

“I am lucky enough to live locally to Handles4Homes, which means that if necessary I can visit their excellent small showroom where many products are displayed in a neat and organised fashion. Also, I can collect an order if necessary. However, I am sure their delivery service is efficient and I am a completely satisfied customer - excellent and friendly service and advice, keen prices, and a great selection of items for sale. I thoroughly recommend the company.”

“have only purchased one order of some stair rail brackets but the delivery was super quick, and the pricing was good so no complaints at all! The only thing I would like to see ( and this goes for most other companies) is less plastic packaging where at all possible”

“Great customer service. I sent an email with a query before purchasing and someone called me to talk me through what I needed. When the items arrived some were damaged, they arranged replacements sent out immediately so they would be there for the joiner starting work.”
