“Everything went well with the ordering process. But after more than a week with the tracking showing "awaiting despatch", I decided to contact customer services. I received a prompt and courteous reply informing me that they were awaiting for the items from the supplier. In addition, they would be despatched the following day and be with me the day after. Sure enough, this was the case. However, it would have been useful to get a quick email explaining the delay in the first instance. If this had happened, it would have been 5 stars.”

“The door handle is lovely but the first delivered was flawed and so had to be replaced. Delivery was satisfactory but communication was unsatisfactory as regards organising the replacement as we received no reply to our email nor were we notified of the replacement being sent. That said, we did received the replacement swiftly.”

“Just to thank you for your website which I found very interesting with all the different handles on offer and the delivery which was very quick. My handles look very good on my kitchen cupboard doors and I will be ordering some more to complete all the units. I will certainly recommend Handles 4 Homes to my friend and relatives. “These are really nice handles but it infuriates me when the VAT isn't included in the price when you view then and just appears at the end when you are paying for them. It is very misleading and after going through all the billing etc I feel it is a bit like cheating the customer. That's my opinion.”

Hi Lynne, Thank you for your review regarding your purchase and the VAT. Please may we re-iterate that all the prices that are shown on the website are 'including VAT', so i can only presume that you are referring to the checkout page which gives a VAT breakdown of the sale, at the bottom of the invoice. This is required to show VAT registered customers for VAT purposes, but is not as additional costing onto the original prices shown, as hopefully you will now be able to see. “Don't know about the quality of the internal sliding door mechanics or the door handle as they are yet to be fitted. However, delivery was as expected. All arrived undamaged and on time. I would use this company again.”

“Lovely product, quick despatch but for a premium escutcheon I would have expected screws of similar quality to be included. They aren't. In fact, no screws at all. Hence four stars not five.”
