“My order arrived in around a week, opened them up counted them excellent product. But the order was short. So emailed them for my concern. They replied within 5 mins and appollogised and sent the remainder out that day first class and received them the next day. altogether apart from a minor mix up excellent first class dealings with handles 4 homes well done and thankyou the handles are very good indeed and look fantastic and very good price.”

“great value for money arrived really quickly only thing was that the 3 bathroom handles with locks on did not fit mine so have to buy 3 new latches for them. great service would buy from you again kind regards georgina belcher”

“Having embarked on cleaning down and redecorating all 10 doors in our hallway we decided to upgrade 7 sets of handles and mortice latches and three sets of roller catches and door knobs. The new door furniture proved to be of high quality and has made a significant contribution to the overall improvement. The items were well packaged and protected against the possibility of damage during transport and the delivery was well organised and arrived within the allocated 1 hour slot so that we did not have to hang about all day waiting. Handles4Homes have a good selection of products on their web site and I would recommend them to anyone needing new door furniture.”

“No matter how many times I emailed you to cancel my order, you ignored the lot. I had to turn the delivery away at the door. And there has been no refund as yet. THE WORST SERVICE EVER! Give me my money!”

Hi Ellie, Thank you for your review, we appreciate your frustration regarding your cancelled order, however the one email that you sent was crossed with despatch, and was too late to cancel so DPD did attempt to deliver which you turned away.
