“I buy regularly from Hampstead Teas and I am always impressed by their speedy service and wonderful product. I have tried quite a few rosehip teabags over the years but I have not found any to rival Hampstead Teas. I highly recommend them to others.”

“Producers of the best Earl Grey tea there is in my opinion. I generally have their loose tea as I prefer to make a pot but I also have their tea bags (for emergencies!) and these a filled with quality tea so taste just as good.”

“The marks would be five for the tea but marked down because of an unclear website where I was charged for delivery when it should have been free (I made my purchase with during free delivery promotional offer). I did contact customer service but nothing happened and I can't be bothered to keep chasing it up. A clearer website for using the offer then five would be the score.”

“Before placing an order I contacted Customer Services to find out if their tea bags contain plastic. I received a prompt detailed reply which helped me make an informed choice about which products to order. Very happy with the tea and so pleased that the bags can be safely added to my compost bin”
