“We had broken down on the M25 and the speed and conituious check in from the call centre on how we were, really reassued me and made for a great customer experience.”

“Just renewed my breakdown cover for the second year. Easy to renew and helpful service from customer service when checking the cover required. Although fortunately I have not had the need to use the breakdown service I like the fact that the service uses independent garages and recovery businesses.”

“Bought a breakdown cover policy to start my car at home. I bought it the day before - waited 24 hours then tried to get them out. They insist that the cover doesn't start today. I sent them 4 emails including the policy document which has the date on it.
3 hours later they are still procrastinating and now I am having to fork out another 75 pounds on Uber to make sure I can make it to an appointment.”

“easy to arrange. Did it on line. Car due for full service soon. Am with ford dealership, v expensive and I have used halfolrds servicing in the past so am goiung back.”
“My car wouldn’t start. I didn’t know why. When the mechanic arrived my car was jump started and he told me to get a new battery, then he drove away and for some unknown reason my gear box wouldn’t work. I called back but they said I’d have to pay again. So I’m stuck here in my car waiting for a tow truck from a local garage.”

Hi Andy, we're sorry for any inconvenience caused, upon investigation it appears a customer entered the wrong email address when taking out a policy, this resulted in the email invitation to leave a review being sent to you.
