“Been buying from hair guard since 2017 and I'll say that there product so far is one of the best out there, just wished they had the option on buying either the old scalp elixir they had before instead of the new one they got now I liked the smell of it. So if they could maybe think about making an option for either one. Thanks I still gave them 5stars since there product is natural and it works.”

“I have been using scalp Elixir for 2 months now and I am pretty happy with the results. I still haven't seen any hair growth but my receding hairling and shedding has certainly improved, its quite controlled now. I feel much relaxed. Also as they say, the hair growth phase comes after, so I'm waiting on it (that's why I give them 4 stars). Im very thankful for the abundant information they provide on this website which it's been very useful and also the fact that they stay with natural (and less agressive) solutions at all costs. Customer service is also on point, they resolved all of my problems more quickly than I expected.”

“Hairguard truly is a great company, that I am sure of. They have copious amounts of information regarding hair loss and how to prevent/stop it on their website. The customer service is very high quality. They are quick to respond and resolve any issues you may have. As for their products, for me, they have somewhat worked. Although, I haven’t experienced any new growth yet (currently used for 6 months) my shedding has drastically reduced. However, I’m aware new hair growth takes time, so I’m happy to see what the next six months brings. The reason I have given them four stars instead of five is due to the price of their products. Ideally, it would be a little cheaper, but if that’s the only issue I have then it’s very minor. I suppose it’s the price one must pay if they want to keep their hair.”

The main reason for this is because of the quality of the ingredients we use and the small batch manufacturing process we use which allows us to iterate product development quicker. “I have been using scalp Elixir for exactly 6 months and see it a good time to give a review. There is no new hair so lets get that out of the way. Anyone claiming growing new hair out of follicles dead for years or decades may as well claim prophecy as it is same as claiming to bring back a decade long dead body to life. If you have follicles with partially still alive cells (thinning hair) it may keep the cell or revive dying cell but not the ones dead already. That said it appears my existing hair (the ones I have already on my head) is getting liver and thicker and longer, So I am giving them 4 stars. By the way did you notice they changed the scalp Elixir past month. The new one is more user friendly which means they took away the bad smell and applying it is easier too but they also took away some ingredients they have been advocating for a long time as how great they were!!! So why they took it out> Maybe they were responsible for bad smell however, this may increase their sales volume but not my hair volume.”

Hello Kevin, thank you for your review. Regarding the ingredient change and removing some of the ingredients, this was done not only to improve the smell but also the efficacy. When it comes to our sales volume we know that the best way to improve this is with a product that works. Our incentives are always aligned with making the best products. I also use the Scalp Elixir myself everyday and I accept only the best from our product development team. I appreciate your review. “I use the growband and after 9 months of use, it has thickened my existing hair. I stopped using for a month or so due to broken pump and found my hair become thinner. I use for 20 mins or so everday. I have dealt with Sarah and Steph from a customer service point of view and found them to be excellent. Highly recommend”

“I have been using the Hair Grow Band for almost 10 months now without using any other products and techniques and my hair has improved. My hair on my scalp is thicker and longer than it was before using 10 mins every day. You can trust this company and if you don't want to be wasting your cash on other hair loss products that don't work and disappoint you, try this device because it is well made and it was worth buying.”

“I have been using the Growband for about 6 months now so I can finally give a fair review. I see a lot of reviews which don't give enough time to actually try the product so I thought I would wait and see how it actually worked out. Well look, everyone is different but for me the Growband is working. It takes time, there were absolutely no (perceptible) changes in the first 3 months, but I stuck with my regime of 10 mins per day and only missed about 11 days in total during that time. At month 4 I had a second haircut during that period (a short cut) so at that length of hair it's easier to tell the thickness of my hair when I run my hand through it. It also helped that the old hair was cut away. I then noticed quite a nice increase in thickness and strength of the new hair. This has continued from month 4 onwards. No it hasn't been magic by any means. It was been hard work. But right now it's worth it to see my hair improving on a weekly basis. I am a happy customer and hopefully this review will help out some other people shopping around for something that works for them.”

“I ordered and paid for the hair guard scalp elixir back on September 4th (a month ago) and still have not received it. Not only that but I have sent a number of emails and not heard back from anyone on the team with any update on the status of the product. All it says is "getting ready" on the website. I'm very disappointed. I have been ordering their product with good customer service for the better part of a year and then all of sudden they seem to have dropped off the earth. Not relieable. I wanted to believe in the product which I'm still not certain was even working and this was just an even bigger set back as I can't even use it as I have none.”

“I am extremely disappointed to say that I have NOT received the report of my quiz or ANY further information from them EXCEPT just a basic email on my quiz which promised that a detail report would be sent AND some blog emails (which I believe goes to everyone registered with them). I sent a reminder email but still NO response. Their website looks honest and more on natural remedies so I was very interested in their approach/products but after almost more than 2 weeks now -- I am really upset. Worse service.”

“So far a very positive experience. Have been using elixer and vitamins for the past 4 to 5 months. Hair loss seems to have stabalized and I'm hoping to see some new growth soon but I do understand that this can take time. I really like the fact that both products are composed of natural ingredients therefore no unpleasant side effects so you really have nothing to lose. “I bought the Growband back in Dec 2018 and have used it approximately 3x per week for about 10 mins each time. Although this is less than they recommend I have still seen some improvement in my hair. What I noticed was that after month 2 the thickness on top improved and then there was some filling in of my hairline which had been creeping backwards for a while. I'm going to put this down to the growband since there wasn't much else I changed during that time, apart from trying to eat a little healthier. I agree with many of the sentiments written here that their customer support is excellent; friendly, knowledgable and quick. Overall I'm very pleased and excited that for the first time my hair is improving instead of getting worse. A very neat little product.”
