“The apostille and translation service (and medical certificates through ZoomDoc Health) were all quickly and correctly produced and sent to us by courier, and all were accepted by the Spanish Consulate. The office personnel were uniformly helpful and efficient. Thanks to this excellent company, the apostille and translation process was the easiest part of our visa application.”

“Item was due to be delivered 5 days ago and the courier (DX Express) still hasn’t turned up. This is the courier recommended by The Hague Apostille and we paid a premium for the item to be returned promptly and securely. I’m still waiting.”

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear your order has not yet arrived. The vast majority of completed orders we send using the secure courier service are delivered the following working day as expected. Unfortunately, there are some factors that are beyond our control. Private courier firms throughout the UK are facing disruption to their usual services following recent Royal Mail strikes. Increased volumes of deliveries have also exacerbated this disruption during the festive period. I understand you have been in touch with us earlier today and the courier fee has been refunded. We have also been in contact with the courier firm to resolve this and we anticipate the item to be delivered shortly.
