“Excellent service and straightforward web site. Completing a Zero Rated VAT declaration was also easy. I ordered a Phonak TV Link 11 Base Station to send digital sound from my TV directly to my hearing aids by Bluetooth. I can't believe the enormous difference this has made to my TV reception and I no longer need subtitles after almost 2 years! The package arrived a couple of days after ordering. Well done HAB (and, of course, Phonak!).”

“Orders are always despatched very quickly - often arriving the next day. With my last order there was a problem on the website but I had a very quick reply to my email. The problem was rectified but I had several options available to deal with my order. I think the service is great.”

“I bought an EasyTek streamer to use with Siemens Teneo S+ hearing aids. Set up was easy and several functions worked well but my main purpose was to stream HiFi music. With my external hearing aids none of the base/mid range was audible, only high frequencies that were audible throughout the room to younger people in the area. HAB did all they could to resolve and when we concluded that EasyTec could not be made to deliver HiFi with these aids HAB immediately offered me a full refund.”
