“The parts supplied for my Phonak hearing aid were just the job. I recently broke the "RIC" on the right hand one., same as I did on the left last year (well, it was nearly five years old!) This time, I found out that I could replace it myself, and I got the necessary tool and the replacement for a very reasonable price. It took just 5 minutes to do it, and saved me a packet! That's the kind of service I like!”
