“Over the past few months I have purchased batteries and various other hearing aid requirements from you. My orders have always been dealt with efficiently and I have never had cause for complaint. Most of the items I have bought have been well known brands and were, therefore, probably no better quality than I could have bought elsewhere but they were certainly quite a lot cheaper than other sitesI looked at.”

“I have used Hearing Aid Batteries a few times now and will definitely continue to do so. I have found their service excellent, in that it is fast and efficient. Who can argue with a next day delivery? Hearing aid accessories can be expensive but I have found Hearing Aid Batteries' prices to be most reasonable. An added bonus is that I can use PayPal for my payments. I recommend the company and their service wholeheartedly.”

“Up to the last order all was fine. Last order #9086 24th Feb. 2015 all the Duracell battries are very weak, both 13s & 312s. The 13s range from less than 20% to max 75% i.e. less than 1v to 1.1v and the 312s from "totaly dead" to 50% average i.e. less than .5v and 1.05v and a few at 60% 1.2v. Voltages checked by digital multimeter. I have four packs of 13s left and three packs of 312s left. They are all in date to 2018. Most strange. I have had one of my aids in for service three times in the very recent past with no fault found. Now I think I have found the answer. Thinking i'm putting in a good "new" batterie I'm actualy putting in a low charge or dead one. Hence I think the aid is at fault. You can contact me by e-mail at ivormcclintock@diginet.ie Perhaps you could send me some replacements, maybe not Durecell perhaps Rayovac and a new Rayovac tester for my audioligist, she thaught mine was a great quick test indicator. I have put Very Poor in the intro to catch your attention. However up to this mishap I would be rating you as Very Good. Thanks for your service in the past and I look forward to a good future. Further tests by me showed all to be well and I would like to categorically apoligise for my mistake. “I unfortunately ordered the incorrect batteries, realiziing my error on receipt of the batteries I sent an email. Information given on how to returned and correct batteries sent within a couple of days. Very impressed! Thanks”
