“I have received my order in today's post and i am very happy with it ,the only negative thing i can say is the length of time it took to arrive and i understand that this is probably not down to The Hab Team but to the shipping of it. However as it came by airmail i still can't understand why it took so long to get here,apart from that i would be quite happy to order from you again and i would also recommend you to others. “Bought filters for my father's hearing aids. Seems he will need to replace regularly due to wax build up, and these worked out cheaper than anywhere else I looked - the more packs purchased, cheaper still. Arrived 2 days after ordering. Will buy these from HAB again, and probably batteries too.”

“The website was a bit complicated when trying to find the right product. The dimensions of the product I was looking at didn't match up to what I had, but after a short conversation with the helpline I arranged return of unopened erroneously ordered items for correct items. I am overall very pleased with the service. It was only a week between ordering items, returning them and receiving correct items. Will use again in future.”
