“I was so happy to receive my easyTek antennae/neckloop - I plugged it in and all of a sudden I can listen all day to my music through my hearing aids! I amaze people when I show them my Apple Watch controlling my music playing on my iPhone through the easyTek to my hearing aids.”

Hi Iain, we're in the UK, you're in Spain, You ordered the evening of Friday so the items did not ship until Monday 26th, so thats just over a week and a half ago. We state on our listings overseas orders usually take 1.5-2 weeks for overseas orders but can take up to 30 days before being considered lost. You paid for standard airmail. Bearing in mind you purchased knowing (I presume) our expected delivery times I'm struggling to understand what the issue is and why you think our service deserves a 3 star rating.... We will happily ship by courier if you are prepared to pick up the cost for a quicker delivery, but for this type of transaction it usually doesn't stack up. I imagine your order should be with you very soon. If you do want to pay extra for courier on your next order please ask us for a cost. Regards, Paul ps. if you think on reflection the three star rating was a little harsh just let us know and I'll send you an amendment email :-)

“This firm is fabulous. The service is faultless and the prices good. Really the only place to go to for hearing aid batteries and spares. I wish they were near to me so I could use them to actually supply and fit new hearing aids.”

“The service was so quick and the batteries arrived the very next day. They were well wrapped so no problems with losing any if the precious contents on route either! I am a disabled wheelchair user and making my way to the hospital via public transport to get just one card of six batteries for my hearing aid is a sheer marathon and when I take into account how much it cost me to make this trip, it costs me virtually the same as buying a much larger quantity of batteries from HAB. Now I just wait at home and wait for the batteries to come to me. 🤣 . Thanks HAB for making my life so much easier.”
