“HAB staff advised me that I had ordered the wrong TV transmitter because I was incorrectly advised by Specsavers. I posted it back and they replaced it by return of post with the correct item. I works fine and transmits the TV sound direct to my hearing aids. They are also less than half the price that Specsavers ask for the same product. Great service I thoroughly recommend them.”

“Excellent service from Janet at HAB Hearing. I needed new domes for my NHS hearing aids. Ordered the wrong ones initially and spoke to Janet who asked me to send pictures of my current domes and hearing aids. Janet called me and explained the correct domes I needed. i would happily recommend them to others.”

“I have the phonak lumity hearing aids and being able to stream directly into my ears from this little device is brilliant and so much cheaper than elsewhere. Took less than 5 minutes to set up. I only ordered at tea time the day before and they were delivered before 1 pm the next day. An awesome service. If I need accessories I'll always look you up first.Thankyou.”

“This was my mum’s second visit for ear wax removal and it was as excellent as the first. Appointments are bang on time with your therapist greeting you at the door. Facilities are spotless and modern. Christine, the therapist, remembered my mum even though it was over a year since the last visit. She had a lovely manner and made my mum feel very comfortable. Relevant health questions were asked to check if there were any changes and then the procedure was gently and successfully carried out. Highly recommend.”
