“Gave me all the information I needed, was friendly and appointment was on time. The procedure ro remove the ear wax was done quickly and efficiently. My hearing is back to normal and felt a lot better as soon as the appointment was finished.”

“I find it is easier to order domes and wax guards from Hab, rather than have to make an appointment with the high street audiologists, and then go down there, to find they may or may not have the consumables with them. Apparently the audiologists are on site only a couple of days a week. Therefore Hab is the ideal solution, with an easy to use website, and rapid delivery.”

“A very good service and quick delivery, i had trouble getting minifit openbass 12mm domes no one seems to stock them only 10mm.But HAB has them so i have no problems anymore.”

“Paul Director of HAB is an amazing person. I had no idea what size tube to buy to fix my mother-in-law's hearing aids but Paul responded to my email on the weekend very swiftly too and explained the whole thing in great detail that allowed me to buy the right item and the right size. Thank you again and keep up the good work. Can't recommend enough.”

“Not sure about these. I purchased them on the basis they were Rayovac (which they resemble) but I don't know the manufacturer. A bit disappointed this was not clearer on the website. I trusted HAB which I have used for a number of years and I will just have to wait and see how they perform.”

Hi Stewart, I'm not sure what you are saying. We state on the listing these are a white label product manufactured by Rayovac, either you believe us when we say that or you don't. You could have paid an extra £2 for the total order with Rayovac branding but you chose the white label product, based on our statement that is what they were? For the record they are what we say they are, I'm not sure why you would doubt that, and we certainly are not in the business of misleading our customers, especially over such a small amount of money, what would be the point? As for a lack of clarity I don't think we could have been more explicit but feel free to email us with alternative wording that would make it clearer.
