“From placing the order to receipt of the order everything went very smoothly. In the past I have by mistake ordered the wrong items from HAB who have immediately corrected my mistake by sending the correct items without extra charge. It is the first place I go to for accessories for me hearing aids.”

“When I purchased the mobile phone from you I had previously attempted the same from 3 other websites all telling me that the phone I required (M7000i) was in stock , then after ordering and waiting delivery find out they did not have the item at all. Each time had to request a refund. Now I needed this phone as my hearing is so bad. So it was with grave doubt saw that HAB were advertising it and even cheaper I might add. Ordered the phone from them,and would have received it in 2 days post free if the delivery company had not defaulted. Anyway soon had it delivered. So have to praise this company for honesty and service. Well done. PS If you also, if you have very bad hearing problems suggest you try this phone from them. it really works. Thank you HAB”

“First class people to do buisness with. Ordered batteries for hearing aids on the Friday and received them on the Monday. Always very patient and helpfull on the phone and prices are very competitive.”
