“The service provided by HAB was prompt. My son has a learning disability and he was treated with respect and courtesy at all times. The protocols put in place with regard to Covid safety were very good, so we felt confident about that. A good experience all round, with friendly and helpful staff.”

“This does everything it claims to. The Smartmic arrived very quickly and partially charged. 2 types of USB cable for charging. It. With my hearing age within seconds by following the very easy to read instructions. Everything about the unit including the clip is very robust and I have had no problems with it falling off of my clothes. I can take phone calls and stream music, And ye app I normally use in the car for reading me texts and emails will also work through the Smartmic. The system also seamlessly seems to transfer backwards and forwards between the car Bluetooth and their microphone Bluetooth. Placing reminder phone in front of my bedroom TV means I can turn the volume right down and listen to the programs and they don't deister of my wife! I am using a Samsung Galaxy S9 and my only problem is that occasion only the smart Mike volume will for some reason turn down and I have to manually turn it up again on the phone. I would surly recommend this accessory to complete the hearing aid experience”

“All I can say is wow! I woke up one morning recently and was unable to hear in my right ear, the pressure was awful and made me feel unwell, I thought it was a build up of wax so as we do googled it etc, then spent a fortune at the chemist as don’t like going to dr etc, after 5 days the discomfort was unbearable so I made an appointment at HAB Hearing I was extremely nervous to say the least, upon arrival Helen greeted me at the door(fully Covid safe) mask and hand sanitiser provided,) I explained to Helen how worried and nervous I was and she was lovely and so professional and advised nothing to worry about and the problem was probably just wax, she had a look and confirmed that the blockage was indeed wax, within 3 or 4 minutes she had cleared the wax with minimal discomfort and I could hear again! What a relief I felt and no pressure it was wonderful I can not recommend HAB highly enough truly wonderful and if you have the same problem it is nothing to worry about and only takes minutes to sort the problem Thank you so much guys”
