Hi Ken, not sure why you sent this message via the reviews, if Royal Mail have lost your order you should contact us directly to sort this, we do encourage you to do this. Just had a look at this and order was placed on a Sunday to ship from UK to Spain, not sure why it is regrettable that batteries have not yet arrived by the following Sunday, typically it takes 1.5 weeks on average from UK to Spain. Perhaps a more realistic appreciation of how long it takes for standard airmail small packets to arrive might be in order.... Regards Paul HAB Team

“I urgently needed some very specific advice and technical specifications (re: icom pilot) via email out of hours and received very prompt reassuring and correct advice, thank you. Wonderful. “My batteries arrived promptly the next day as it usually does. One previous set of batteries were incorrectly sent which we didn't notice for a couple of months but this excellent company replaced them without hesitation. Well recommended.”
