“Not sure which spares I required when ordering spares for my Dad's Oticon Ria. HAB contacted me to check before they had dispatched as they had noticed the spares were not compatible. Turns out i'd ordered the wrong ones for the model but they were able to check and supply the correct items. Great customer service. Will defiantly use HAB again.”
