“I was kept advised of the progress of my order. When I connected the phones the handsets did not work. I contacted hab by email and despite the fact that it was in the evening I got an immediate response telling me they would contact the supplier to sort. They also made sure I had done everything correctly. Turned out you needed a code to pair the phones with the base. All sorted very quickly.”

“Always easy dealing with HAB. This time around I had a bit of a glitch with my PayPal transaction which meant that I inadvertently duplicated my order. Julie at HAB contacted me before she processed the order just to be sure that I didn't actually want two lots of everything. Oh that all companies were as diligent.”

“The staff I have dealt with were extremely helpful in qiding me to purchase the correct tubes and domes that I needed for my existing Opticon hearing aids. Also have put me in touch with a local audiologist for further testing and, if necessary, supply of new Opticon aids. Thank you so much.”
