“I ordered and paid for a pack of 5 phonak wax guards. Only 2 arrived. Will be contacting you after the new year festivities. Further to my initial review, HAB has very quickly sent the missing wax guards So i am changing my review to 5 stars as such excellent service, especialy over Xmas, is fist class. Graham”

Hi Keith this is supposed to be a review of our service and NOT about the product itself. I presume you are otherwise happy with our service? Actually we have not changed anything with the batteries, it's more likely to be an issue with your hearing aid.
