Hi Kevin, on Friday 3/4 mid afternoon (too late to ship that day) you ordered some incompatible products. MiniFit tubes and rite/minirite domes. We spotted a potential mistake on your order and emailed you later that evening. You did not respond to the message and so on Monday 6/4 we shipped, presuming that you knew what you were ordering ie incompatible products together but for different hearing aids. You may be aware that we are in the middle of a global pandemic (Covid-19) and the first class post is rather slow at the moment. In spite of this you received the goods presumably within 2 or 3 days based on your feedback, not bad under the circumstances and recent performance of Royal Mail. So, you ordered the wrong products, we tried to query it, you did not respond and have given us a 2 star feedback because the post is slow (hardly our fault we are in the middle of a global pandemic the world hasn't seen for 102 years) and holding us responsible because you ordered the wrong product, even though we tried to help you correct your mistake. Would you like us to help you fix your error? We would be happy to if you email us directly we can start the ball rolling. Perhaps then you might want to address the review you have left us that is factually incorrect :-) Sorry to burn you like this, but maybe you should have simply messaged us directly instead of giving us the bad feedback so we could work out who was at fault, and regardless put things right? Regards, Paul ps if you could see me you would see I am rolling my eyes a little, he says slightly tongue in cheek ;-) We try our best to do a good job and occasionally make mistakes which we take great care to put right. On this occasion the mistake is all at your end....

“I am new to hearing aids. I use a Phonak Virto B-Titanium 90. As I am a medical practitioner, I have become a heavy user often wearing up to 19 hours a day. Consequently, I was running out of batteries. Having obtained the aids from Boots Hearingcare, I requested the batteries and they could not offer me a quicker delivery. Yet, HAB hearing was fabulous in getting this sent to me very promptly and at a lower cost too. Will certainly but batteries from them. Thanks”
