“I was looking for a phone my hard-of-hearing mum could use in conjunction with her hearing aids. HAB offered a specific device and so I selected it. The site directed me to claim a VAT free purchase, and so I paid them the net of VAT price. The biggest surprise though was it arrived in less than 24 hours after buying it in the late evening! Talk about leaving a fabulous imptession. I can't recommend them enough and believe they deserve to get such positive feedback. I regret I can't give any feedback on the device itself as it is as yet untried.”
