“ordered a new Phonak TV link, completed VAT exemption form and the unit arrived first post the next morning. I know if I had ordered from my Hearing aid supplier I would wait a week and pay VAT!!! From acknowledging order to following up the service is outstanding and great value. My first port of call for all things hearing related from now on!”
