“My order arrived very quickly indeed - next day! Everything was correct and communication from HAB Hearing at every stage. I have only owned my Phonak hearing aids for 2 months and this was the first time I have ordered domes and retention locks but I found that navigation and ease of finding my products was easy. “I phoned to arrange Microsuction on both my ears, as I have done before. After putting olive oil in for 3 nights, I attended yesterday and as always, was dealt with very efficiently and carefully. The ear wax was carefully and quickly removed and the service is 5 star. The staff are professional, friendly and organised and I will use them again in the future. - Phil”
