“Service was very quick and prices very competitive. I was having problems with my audiologist - hab were helpful and understanding with good product knowledge and a great willingness to help to get the NHS to supply what I needed. I would recommend using them to others.”

“Good communication and superfast service. The Widex TvDex arrived very quickly and worked straight from the box. I had not realised the unit would only come with a european 2-pin plug but that apart I am pleased with the purchase and would certainly buy from you again.”

“Thank you for the information on your website explaining about the differences between Corda 2 slim line tubes and the minifit tubes showing them both with a clear diagram. Both are compatible with my NHS hearing aids. I couldn't find any information anywhere else. My NHS audiology department no longer have the corda 2 tubes which are so much more comfortable (with a soft ear grip), than the minifits they issue now which have an ear grip that is too long for me and feels like a zip tie! Thank you also for email updates and a very quick dispatch. I would definitely recommend HAB - excellent service and support.”

“My first order arrived the following day but my second order which was completed on 30 Sep still has not arrived even though there were two working days AFTER 30th Sep. I hope they will arrive soon! Had they arrived as quickly as my first order, I would of course have given a Very Good rating.”
