“My order arrived by return of post, unfortunately I mistakenly ordered the incorrect size domes for my hearing aids. I returned them with a note explaining my mistake and enclosed the correct sized old dome for their reference. My new domes arrived, again by return, this time the correct size. I was not charged anything extra - even postage. I am delighted with the customer service and couldn't have asked for better.”

“Very good service, but I had a nightmare picking them up! The post office could not deliver the batteries without a signature but as I work full time, this was impossible so I went online and changed the delivery address to my neighbour but they ignored my instructions and tried to deliver to my address again, but couldn't without a signature because I wasn't in, so I had to collect them from my local sorting office. This all took 3 days. It would be helpful if you could allow the batteries to be delivered without a signature or left with a neighbour. Thanks.”

“Great experience with HAB. I emailed a question and the staff was very prompt with the response. The shipping to the U.S. took about a week, and I received my order well packed and intact. I also received some great unexpected accessories with my order. I ordered a pair or Phonak receiver wires, and received sport locks, three pairs of open domes in assorted sizes plus a couple of other items (adapters, I believe). Very happy about the extra domes and sport locks! Thanks, HAB!”
