“I order regularly from HAB and on the one occasion an error was made it was corrected by return. The whole service from purchase of hearing aids to the regular supply of consumables is knowledgeable, personal and friendly. Add to this the competitive prices and this is about a good and honest review as I could give anyone.”

“New to hearing aids, so it's all a bit of a minefield to me. However I found this website very easy to use and competitive on prices. I submitted an order feeling quite pleased with myself. I received an instant confirmation and that followed by a notification that the order was being processed. Next I received an email advising me some of the products I had ordered were not compatible with one another. After I replied with the make and type of hearing aid I had they sorted my order out for me and delivered it the following day. Now that is brilliant service and I will definitely use them again.”
