Hi Maggie, we're really puzzled. We can't see any communication from you at all, apart from one order placed on HAB.online on 21/2/18. As far as we can tell we did not send you a link initially (whether a correct or an incorrect one). We're not sure how long it took for your order to arrive when you placed it on 21/2/18, we have had no communication from you letting us know your order was delayed? We ALWAYS ship same day / next business day with all our orders, so if the order did take some time to arrive that would have been down to Royal Mail.
