“The phone arrived safe and sound and at least in its test function is as good as you said it would be. (no-one) has phoned me yet! The only error was that I had said deliver to porters at 91a if I was not in but someone had written "Please leave with porter at Flat 9 if no answer" In fact it was re-delivered by the postoffice 2 days later. Thanks Brian Livingstone”

“Service and website are very good. My purchase arrived quickly ie within 3 working days. I have a suggestion: include a space or slot for customers to specify "Special delivery instructions" . In my case I emailed my request to you and it was done efficiently, but you might include it on the online form. Regards T Kempner”

“After reporting a problem with my delivery it was sorted within 1 hour and I received order next day. Highly recommend for prices,range of items and most of all their immediate response to queries.
