“I felt very safe and was made to feel very welcome My options were explained clearly with no pressure exerted to choose more expensive options Helen did a great job and was happy to advise me about my ear care going forward I would definitely recommend HAB hearing”

“I was on holiday and suddenly in a lot of discomfort. Paul was able to fit me in for an appointment that morning. What excellent service and care was provided in a modern building and I felt very Covid safe. I had wax removal and the relief was immediate. I was talked through the treatment and walked out of the door a very happy person. I just wish you were closer to home in the south as I would dearly love to order hearing aids from you as I felt so confident in Paul. They would be a lot better than the rubbish I’ve got, judging by the care I received yesterday. Highly recommended .”

“Is m on holiday in Yorkshire and I rang in a lot of discomfort and an appointment was made for me to see Paul later in the morning for ear checking and ear wax removal if needed. What an amazing service and what relief! A very professional and Covid safe experience and would recommend highly. Wished they were closer because I would certainly be purchasing hearing aids from them, rather than the rubbish I currently have that don’t do the job at all! Many many thanks. I am very grateful.”

“Was really pleased with the excellent service .I usually have to have wax removed every year and have always gone through my Doctors but as they cant do this now because of covid .I got a appointment the same day after ringing and the procedure was a lot better than the old fashioned one the doctors offer.”

“Nice modern premises, COVID protocols strictly observed. Helen was pleasant and professional. Very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the Microsuction Wax removal process (I found it a more comfortable experience than previous irrigation’s). Recommended - and I will use the service again.”

“I needed my ear wax removed. They did a good job and was covid safe, which was very important to me as I have a hospital procedure in 10 days and it would be cancelled again if I tested positive. I can also hear again, which is also important to me.”
