“I got my hearing aids in the US years ago and had no idea how to set about ordering replacement tubes. I contacted HAB by e-mail; got a very rapid response, from Paul, who couldn't have been more helpful; with his detailed advice, I was able to order exactly what I needed, and I am very happy with my upgraded accessories. Paul told me I should request an adapter to connect the tube with my aid; without that extra piece of information, I would have ordered just the tube, since the adapter was part of the original equipment. Many thanks to HAB and especially to Paul.”
