“Delivery was slow, half the order was wrong, only 1 tube was correct and the other was for a different type of hearing aid so it went in the bin”

Hi Scott, sorry to hear about your experience. I tried to find any communication from you after the original order but can't see anything. If we don't know there is a problem to fix we can't fix it. We would of course like every order to be perfect, however mistakes do happen. When they do we'd rather fix them to your satisfaction than get a negative review!
