“The products that were brought look very good, the plugs are awkward to put together and the guides for the phone and compilot are very difficult to understand, however when I phoned Jill broke this down for me, it is impossible for Viv to set these up because she is deaf and blind and I as a sighted person became very frustrated, when we eventually get them set up I'm sure they will change Viv's life, please include a quick set up guide and pre-moulded plugs.”

“It seems to take two or even three weeks to get new batteries by post from our local NHS hospitL - from you they arrived in two days, which makes a big difference when one is up against being unable to hear at an upcoming meeting! “I tried HAB for two reasons: I needed a speedy replacement of a damaged thin-tube for one of my NHS RSound Danalogic hearing aids, and I wanted to see if I could count on the site in future. You won resoundingly on both counts. I got an email reply the same day, a Sunday! And the goods arrived within 48 hours. Top marks.”
